About the Healthy Oconto County Steering Team
Healthy Oconto County (H.O.C) leads the efforts behind the Community Health Assessment and the Improvement Plan. The H.O.C Steering Team is comprised of leaders from diverse sectors of the community, including public health, healthcare partners, law enforcement, and non-profit partners. The diversity of this team allows us to gain new insights about trending health concerns in Oconto County.
